As an extension to my current Golden Age Children's Book Illustrators archive. I'm pleased to announce the Virtual Museum Project, it is a result of the many years of collecting art books about my favorite artists, trolling around the Net and the frustrations of not finding what I wanted.

The Virtual Museum Project has a simple goal. To display the artworks of my favorite masters of the past online and to be as comprehensive as possible.

It will be done with the loving care and same passion as my Book Illustrators Archive. However, the scope will be limited as I do not have the time and resources to do it the way I wanted. If you want to help, I'll be needing someone to help me entering the names of the paintings/drawings being displayed as well as doing short biographies of the artists.

As always, I want to share a short walk along the journey of life with you and hope that you'll like these little moments of wonders and joy among beautiful works of art from the old masters.
