April Fools was fun, I played a few tricks on my friends and got my butt kicked, mainly because April Fools doesn't exist in Asian culture and my friends are slow to adapt. But they promised some sweet revenge next year. Now back to the regular updates, introducing another new book to our gallery, Legends from Fairyland, illustrated by the brothers Horace and Reginald Knowles, first published in 1907 by Chatto & Windus.
This book features 18 illustrations and hundreds of vignettes. The B/W illustrations are quite amazing in their details and execution and a prime example of the Art Nouveau period. Enjoy.
